Rheumatology and musculoskeletal: All Inflammatory and non-inflammatory conditions: Rheumatoid Arthritis, Spondylo-arthropathies (like psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease related arthropathies), SLE, scleroderma, Sjogren’s syndrome, Vasulitis, Behcet’s syndrome, Gout, non-specific inflammatory arthritis and Osteoarthritis.
All kinds of sport and non-sport injuries: ACC – free consults and procedures. (Can arrange relevant high tech imaging if required for no patient fee through ACC — see procedures offered).
Pain syndromes: Fibromyalgia, complex regional pain syndrome, back pains, various aches and pain syndromes.
Procedures: Upper and lower limbs. Joint/soft tissue aspiration and injections, even the sophisticated ones like piriformis syndrome. Spinal soft tissue, facet joints injections, sacro-iliac injection. Epidural steroid injections for annular tear and sciatica. Various nerve blocks. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, ulnar nerve, suprascapular nerve block, meralgia parasthetica. Autologous blood injections, (Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment and Synvisc 20 injections for osteoarthritis with good success.
